MyKohlsCard Bill Payment Guide

To activate your new My Kohl’s Card, you can either sign in or register on the My Kohl’s Card website. It is important to note that card activation cannot be done through a mobile device. Alternatively, you can activate your card by presenting a photo ID along with your Kohl’s Card during your next purchase or by calling the customer service number at 800-954-0244.

However, customers should wait to attempt activation until they have received their card in the mail. It is recommended to activate the card 24 hours after it has been requested.

MyKohlsCard Bill Payment Options

Online payment

Paying your Kohl’s credit card bill online is a convenient and hassle-free way to manage your account. To get started, you will need to create an online account and complete the Kohl’s credit card payment login process. Follow these simple steps:

  1. Visit to access Kohl’s credit card website.
  2. Log in to your account using your credentials.
  3. Navigate to the Payments tab in the menu.
  4. If your checking and routing numbers are not currently associated with your account, add them on the Manage a Bank Account page.
  5. Review your payment information on the screen for making a payment.
  6. Select the payment amount and payment date.
  7. Enter your email address to receive a confirmation email.
  8. Click the Submit button and confirm your payment information.
  9. After clicking the Approve button, a Thank You page will appear.

Mobile Payment

  1. Download the Kohl’s app from the App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices).
  2. Log in to your account using your MyKohlsCard login credentials.
  3. Tap on the “Wallet” tab located at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Locate your MyKohlsCard and tap on it.
  5. Tap on the “Make a Payment” button.
  6. Enter the amount you wish to pay.
  7. Select your payment method (bank account or debit card).
  8. Enter the required payment information (account number and routing number or debit card details).
  9. Choose the date you want to make the payment.
  10. Review the payment details and tap “Submit” to complete the payment process.

Note that payments made through the app may take up to two business days to post to your MyKohlsCard account.

Payment over the phone

  1. Dial 1-855-564-5748 to reach the MyKohlsCard automated phone system.
  2. Follow the prompts to enter your MyKohlsCard account number and your checking account’s routing number.
  3. Enter the payment amount you wish to make.
  4. Confirm the payment details.
  5. Follow any additional prompts to complete the payment process.
  6. Once the payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation number that you should keep for your records.

It is important to note that payments made through the MyKohlsCard automated phone system can take up to two business days to process, so be sure to schedule your payment accordingly. Additionally, a fee may be charged for using this service.

 Payment via Mail

Here are the steps for paying your MyKohlsCard bill by mail:

  1. Write a check payable to “Kohl’s Payment Center” for the amount you wish to pay.
  2. Write your MyKohlsCard account number on the memo line of your check.
  3. Place your check in an envelope along with your payment coupon.
  4. If you do not have a payment coupon, write your MyKohlsCard account number on a separate piece of paper and include it in the envelope.
  5. Address the envelope to Kohl’s Payment Center, P.O. Box 30510, Los Angeles, CA 90030-0510.
  6. Make sure to affix sufficient postage and mail your payment at least 5-7 business days before your due date to ensure it is received on time.

It is important to note that paying your bill by mail may take longer to process than other payment methods, so be sure to plan ahead and send your payment well before the due date.

 Additional Notes: If you forget your login credentials, you can use the “Forgot User Name” or “Forgot Password” links to retrieve them via email. During the login process, you may be asked to answer additional security questions. New customers can apply for a Kohl’s Charge Card through the website, and applications are usually processed within 60 seconds. Customers who spend $600 or more on their Kohl’s credit card become a ‘Most Valued Customer’ (MVC) and are eligible for at least 18 discounts per year.
